I think this is something we are considering for the ODMA 2.0A update. Those were ODM_E_ALREADYOPENED and ODM_E_FILELOCKED. But a quick examination shows that there are at least 2 more that have not been defined. They are ODM_E_REFUSED and ODM_W_NOACTION.
